Deadline for selection and appointment of the Auditor for FY 2023 is September 30, 2023 for large and medium-sized legal entities, public companies  regardless of their size, as well as any legal person or sole proprietor whose total income earned in the preceding business year exceeds EUR 4.4 million (RSD 516.218 thousand).

Deadline for submission of the annual consolidated financial statements for financial year 2022 is May 3, 2023.

According to the Law on Audit, the deadline for selection and appointment of the Auditor of the consolidated financial statements for 2021 is November 30, 2021.

Deadline for selection and appointment of the Auditor for FY 2021 is September 30, 2021 for large and medium-sized legal entities, public companies  regardless of their size, as well as any legal person or sole proprietor whose total income earned in the preceding business year exceeds EUR 4.4 million (RSD 517.353 thousand).

Deadline for submission of the annual separate financial statements for FY 2020 is Jun 30, 2021, well the deadline for submission of the corporate income tax return and the tax statement for FY 2020 is Jun 29, 2021.

Deadline for submission of the financial statements and reports for statistical purposes for FY 2020 is March 1, 2021.

Deadline for selection and appointment of the Auditor for FY 2020 is September 30, 2020 for large and medium-sized legal entities, public companies  regardless of their size, as well as any legal person or sole proprietor whose total income earned in the preceding business year exceeds EUR 4.4 million (RSD 517.408 thousand).

Deadline for submission of the annual consolidated financial statements for FY 2019 is September 04, 2020.

Deadline for submission of the annual separate financial statements for FY 2019, as well as for submission of the corporate income tax return and the tax statement for FY 2019 is August 3, 2020.

On April 16, 2020, the Serbian Government postponed the deadline for submission of the financial statements for FY 2019.

Deadline for submission of the financial statements postponed as well:

- 60 days after cancellation of State of emergency for public companies;
- 90 days after cancellation of State of emergency for separate financial statement for non-public companies;
- 120 days after cancellation of State of emergency for consolidate financial statement for non-public companies;

State of emergency declared throughout Serbia by Serbian Government on March 15, 2020.
