Pursuant to the Law on Accounting, legal entities shall submit their regular annual financial statements for 2020 to the Serbian Business Registers Agency, for public release, no later than Jun 30, 2021.

Pursuant to the Corporate Income Tax Law, deadline for submission of the income tax return is 180 days from the end of the tax year, which means that taxpayers shall submit the income tax return for 2020 no later than Jun 29, 2021.
