According to the Law on Audit, a parent entity shall select an auditing firm and appoint its auditor no later than November 30, 2021, for the consolidated financial statements for 2021.

The audit shall be mandatory for regular annual consolidated financial statements for parent entities which must prepare consolidated financial statements according to the Law on Accounting.
