DANA KRSMANOVIĆ

Dana has several years of experience in auditing separate and consolidated financial statements with particular focus on the following industries: financial services, agribusiness, manufacture and processing industry, hotel business, traffic and other industries. Dana has gained significant experience in auditing consolidated annual accounts of municipalities and cities in the Republic of Serbia, as well as of the political parties and public enterprises. Before the establishment of KLS REVIZIJA Dana worked for many years on both audit and business consulting projects with various services rendered to clients for advancement of their business (in the areas of finance, taxes, business combinations and the like).).
In the audit projects, she was engaged on the most demanding financial statement audits upon status changes and special purpose audits. Prior to auditing, Dana worked as a financial executive and manager in the public sector, where she acquired experience in finance and accounting. Dana has a university degree in Economics and holds certified external and internal auditor licenses. She is a member of the Serbian Chamber of Authorized Auditors.

Ivan Stevović
Partner
Ivan has a vast experience in auditing financial statements with particular focus on the following industries: foods industry, agribusiness, transport, construction industry, engineering and others. As a lecturer, Ivan has taken part in the seminars on financial reporting organized by reputable consultant firms. He is also experienced in preparation of complex transfer pricing studies.
Before the establishment of KLS REVIZIJA Ivan worked for many years on both audit and business consulting projects with various services rendered to clients for advancement of their business (in the areas of tax regulations, restructuring, finance function, business combinations and the like). He has gained significant experience in providing advisory services on the implementation of the international accounting standards (IAS/IFRS and IFRS for SMEs). Moreover, Ivan has experience in working for a business company, in Finance and Accounting of a multinational corporation. Ivan has a master’s degree in Economics and holds a certified auditor license. He is a member of the Serbian Chamber of Authorized Auditors. At the University of Belgrade School of Law Ivan successfully attended knowledge novation study courses in transfer prices.

SIGNIFICANT DATES
- In November 2014 we commenced our business operation.
- On 9 March 2015 the Republic of Serbia Ministry of Finance issued us a permit for performing auditing activities under Decision no. 401-00-591/2015-16.
- On 11 March 2015 the Serbian Chamber of Authorized Auditors entered us into the Auditing Company Register.
- In March 2018 under Decision no. 2/7-103-243/3-18, the Republic of Serbia Securities Commission entered us into the List of Audit Companies Authorized to Audit Financial Statements of Public Companies the Securities of which are Admitted to MTF for 2018.
- In August 2021, KLS REVIZIJA becomes a member of Santa Fe Associates International (SFAI). SFAI is a member of the Forum of Firms. SFAI is among the top 20 International Networks in 2020 (AccountancyAge).
- On 04 July 2022 the Serbian Chamber of Authorized Auditors issued a Permit for providing accounting services and we are registered in the Register of Accounting Service Providers at the Agency for Business Registers.
